Tex-Grade Welding is a locally owned welding business based in Florence, Texas, founded and operated by Alex, a skilled welder with a passion for quality craftsmanship, hard work, and serving his community.

Alex grew up around small business and hands-on work. His parents own House of Dents, a paintless dent repair shop, where he's spent years helping out and learning what it means to run a business with integrity, treat customers well, and stand behind your work. Those lessons helped shape the foundation of Tex-Grade Welding.

Today, Alex provides dependable welding, fabrication, and repair services for customers who need strong, lasting solutions. He takes pride in every project, approaching each job with attention to detail, dedication, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Whether it's repairing equipment, fabricating custom pieces, or tackling challenging welds, Alex works hard to deliver results his clients can rely on.

At the center of everything he does is a strong belief in putting God and family first. Alex is known for being hardworking, generous, and fun-loving, while always taking great care of the customers who trust him with their projects.

Alex and his wife, Charity, were married in 2024 after meeting at church. Alex jokes that he knew she would be his wife the moment he saw her walk through the door. It took a little convincing for Charity, but she couldn’t be happier that he was right.

Together they moved to Florence, Texas, where they share life with their three dogs and plenty of big dreams. Charity supports the business behind the scenes through marketing and social media, occasionally helping as a “welder’s assistant,” and faithfully praying over Alex and the business.

They are also excited to be building Grace & Grit Ranch Co., another step in their journey to grow businesses centered around faith, family, and hard work.
